Employment Law
The Employment Law practice helps you determine if you have been treated in violation of the law in the following areas:
- Hiring
- Non-Compete Agreements
- Employment Contracts
- Employer-Sponsored Benefits
- State or Federally mandated benefits, such as the Family Medical Leave Act or the Small Necessities Act.
- Involuntary Terminations, Termination Agreements, COBRA requirements, Age Discrimination
- Unemployment Benefits, and appeals to denial of benefits.
Most of the employment practice is conducted on an hourly fee basis. We are available to selected employers on a contractual basis.
